MSGF Class of 2018 attended the China module in Shanghai in June 2018. With classes held on the NYU Shanghai campus in PuDong, students took a closer look into the China financial market by learning directly from local faculty and practitioners.
This year we had Professor Michele Geraci, Professor David Yu, and Mr Han Lin (MSGF Class of 2012) to share their expertise in doing business in China, the Chinese financial system, and cross-border investing and financing dynamics with China. Topics on credit risk analysis, volatility of the China stock market, challenges and opportunities of the China financial system were discussed during the speaker and panel sessions.
Last but not least, students enjoyed a happy hour gathering with MSGF alumni over the breathtaking Bund in Shanghai!
